Cheerleading

Let’s get geared up in L-Cat spirit with this Cheer 101 class! In this cheer class we will be having fun learning cheers, balance, flexibility, as well as basic cheer tumbling and stunt skills! The class is designed to have fun and learn the FUNdamentals of cheer!

In our gymnastics classes, your child will learn beginning gymnastics skills on the floor, beam, bar, and spring board.  

Leotards are not required, but please wear athletic clothes appropriate for moving (nothing too loose or too tight). Long hair should be tied back.
