Please note - Group Exercise is geared towards adults. Those under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and must be able to follow along with the instruction. A parent must sign the waiver and release for those under the age of 18. Due to the quiet, reflective nature of Yogalates and Yoga, participants must be over the age of 13. Those under the age of 13 will not be allowed in the class area.
Classes are included in an RLAC Membership.
Non-members can drop in a class for $7 or purchase a punch card - you will get 12 visits for $65.

5:30am - Straight Up Strong - Janelle
Fridays:
8:15am - Total Body Conditioning - Mia
9:30am - Yogalates - Claudia (in Tyranena Room)
