10:30am - Yoga Lite (at RLAC) - Susan
6:00pm - Zumba - Wendy
Thursdays:
5:30am - Straight Up Strong - Janelle
9:30 - Strength and Stretch - Kate
Fridays:
5:30am - Rock Solid - Jess
8:15am - Total Body Conditioning - Mia
Classes are included in an RLAC Membership.
Non-members can drop in a class for $5 or purchase a punch card - you will get 12 visits for $48.
