Monday through Thursday, 9am- 3pm and Friday 9am - noon

Come in any time during  these hours to use the cardio and weight room, participate in one of our programs, or just to relax and join in conversation with others.

The RLAC Senior Center is free to those living within the Lake Mills Area School District. You can stop by the Rock Lake Activity Center to fill out a membership form, or fill it out here: RLAC Senior Center Membership.
