3-2-1 Bootcamp with Jess:  HIIT with math, doesn't that sound fun?  It actually is and it goes by very fast.  Three minutes of strength training, two minutes of cardio and one minute of abs equals a six minute circuit.  Each class we complete three circuits, two or three times.  There are recoveries built in.  This class is designed to challenge your agility and quick twitch muscles to increase speed and explosion.

Cycling with Mike (winter only): Bring a bike, water bottle, and towel and get ready for a fun and exciting team cycling experience that will incorporate the best of indoor cycling and motivational coaching techniques. First-time riders and seasoned cyclists can plan on getting the perfect work out. Suited for every age and fitness level, these sessions will focus on riding technique and efficiency. The most experienced cyclists will lead participants through this progressive course focusing on form, cycling efficiency, speed, hill climbing and riding in a pack. Each participant works at their own pace and level in the lively group environment. This one-hour workout will keep participants in cycling shape throughout the winter months complimenting the boring treadmill!   All who participate will be ready to hit the trails and roads again next spring!  FYI  Participants can store their bikes in the locked cycling room throughout the session!

Group Strength Training with Sharon: My Tuesday morning class is a full body workout, touching on cardio, arms, legs, and core throughout the class.  Depending on the workout chosen for the class, it may include weights, resistance bands, kettle bells, jump ropes, bosu balls, medicine balls, or exercise balls with each week's workout being different.

High Intensity Interval Training with Tatiana: HIIT is a training technique in which you give all out through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods.  HIIT can  help you burn calories, may help you lose weight, builds many muscle groups, and improves oxygen and blood flow.  Make sure to come to class well hydrated, nourished, and ready to work.  All levels are welcome!

Rock Solid with Jess:  Use this weight training class for maximizing results and minimizing burn out.  You will experience Strength Training that uses light weights for resistance with very high repetitions.  This type of group exercise class enhances strength endurance and burns a ton of calories.

Straight Up Strong with Janelle:  Straight Up Strong is a combination of strength and cardio moves along with core building guaranteed to make you sweat!  All levels are welcome.  Modifications can be made for every exercise. We are always changing up the exercises to challenge your muscles and keep you from getting bored!

Working with your own limits allows each individual attending to be able to adapt their own strengths and needs to push their body and strengthen their core.

Zumba with Wendy:  I have been teaching Zumba since 2008.  I truly enjoy teaching Zumba because it's fitness in disguise.  Lose yourself in Latin rhythms while exercising and improving your overall fitness and flexibility.  My Zumba class is low impact and can easily be adapted to any fitness and coordination level.  Come, let's dance together and have fun!
