Come and learn to sew. This six-week class will teach the basics of sewing. We will make an apron and advance to a project of your choice.
This class is open to those 13 years and older.
To participate, you will need a working sewing machine that you know how to thread. You will also need the following items:
- 20-30 pins, sewing scissors, seam ripper, 2 hand needles, 1 yard cotton material, 1 spool matching cotton thread, sliding measuring tool, measuring tape, extra sewing machine needles, marking pen, 1 yard of 44-45" fabric.
Class will meet on Thursdays from 5-6:30pm, beginning on March 6. There will not be class on March 27.

- Non-members - $110
Participants and their parents (if participant is under 18) permit the taking of photos, audio and videotapes during RLAC activities for publication and use as RLAC deems necessary. If you do not want a picture or video taken of yourself, please inform the director or instructor prior to the start of the program.
