Yoga for Kids

Participants and their parents (if participant is under 18) permit the taking of photos, audio and videotapes during RLAC activities for publication and use as RLAC deems necessary. If you do not want a picture or video taken of yourself, please inform the director or instructor prior to the start of the program.

Session 6

Registration will be open August 11 - September 9.

Classes will begin the week of September 14 and will run for 6 weeks.

Baby and Me - Music and Yoga (with caregiver)	Mondays 8:30-9am	newborn to walking	Ms. Kirsten	Baby and Me: Music and Yoga allows parents to connect with their baby in a fun and new way! Through stores, songs, movement, and elements of infant massage, caregivers can connect with others while spending quality time with their child. Come as you are! This class is meant for babies who are not yet walking. If your little one is on the go, check out our Tiny Yogis class!	$40	$50
Tiny Yogis (with caregiver)	Mondays 9:10-9:40am	walking - 5 years	Ms. Kirsten	Join Kirsten (from Lagom: Music and Yoga Education) for a yoga and music class made just for kids! Tiny Yogis focuses on toddlers and preschoolers AND the adults that love and care for them. Through dancing, singing, moving, stories and playing, your child will learn about yoga in a developmentally appropriate and fun ways.	$40	$50
Tiny Yogis (with caregiver)	Mondays 5-5:30pm	walking - 5 years	Ms. Kirsten	Join Kirsten (from Lagom: Music and Yoga Education) for a yoga and music class made just for kids! Tiny Yogis focuses on toddlers and preschoolers AND the adults that love and care for them. Through dancing, singing, moving, stories and playing, your child will learn about yoga in a developmentally appropriate and fun ways.	$40	$50
Little Yogis (without caregiver)	Mondays 5:40-6:10pm	entering 5K - 4th grades	Ms. Kirsten	Join Kirsten (from Lagom: Music and Yoga Education) for an independent yoga and music class for elementary students! Students will learn about yoga through games, songs, and stories. By practicing mindfulness and social emotional learning strategies in a safe space, students will have fun exploring yoga and music together.	$50	$60
