2022-2023 Dance Classes
Registration will be open October 12 - November 2.
The Dance Season will be broken into three sessions.

Session A: September 18 - November 5 (7 weeks)

Session B: November 6 - December 23 (6 weeks - No classes the week of Thanksgiving)

Session C: January 9 - May 13 (Dance Recital) (17 weeks - No classes the week of Lake Mills Area School District Spring Break)

If your child was enrolled in Session A, they will be automatically enrolled in Session B and C. You will be emailed an invoice.
We are preparing for our Dance Recital in May. Therefore, we cannot accept new dancers at this time.
Class prices listed below are for Session C, which includes 17 weeks of classes, the dance rehearsal, and dance recital. There will be an additional costume fee in March.

Ms. Tessa | This class is a great place for your child to learn beginner tricks and tumbling, as well as experience the fun, free style of Jazz. We will practice not only safe tumbling, but also the structure of Jazz dance, and how to combine the styles together into one. | $140 | $170 |

Ms. Tessa | This class is a more contemporary take on Ballet. Using many of the same moves as Ballet, this class will teach students how to take things already learned and loosen their bodies to create more dramatic, emotional movements. Floor work will also be taught in this class, adding another layer to the style. | $140 | $170 |

Ms. Tessa | This class is a continuation of Ballet II. Students will continue working on the discipline and technique of Ballet, while also learning more advanced movements at the barre, center floor, and across the floor. This class is for dancers who like personal style and expression, particularly with lyrically expressive songs. Exercises emphasized include increasing flexibility and strength, rhythms and isolation of body parts, and expressing personal style. | $140 | $170 |

Ms. Amanda | This class introduces children ages 3 through 4K to the basic elements of ballet, dance, and movement. Students will learn to dance both as individuals and as a member of a group as they develop rhythm, coordination, flexibility, creativity, expression, imagination, self-awareness, and self-confidence. This class may also incorporate the use of various props such as scarves, bean bags, rhythm instruments, and more. | $140 | $170 |
